Lambodhara Textiles Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Lambodhara Textiles has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting revenue of Rs 235 Cr and PBT of Rs 11.64 Cr for the full year. The textiles segment led with Rs 220.8 Cr revenue and modest profits, while power generation delivered Rs 12.5 Cr revenue with strong margins. Real estate contributed Rs 1.7 Cr. The board proposed a 10% dividend (Re 0.50/share) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. New auditors and an internal auditor have been appointed for FY26.
