Bigbloc Construction has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue declined 7.6% YoY to Rs 224.6 Cr due to construction slowdown, monsoon disruptions, and a planned shutdown for tech upgrades. Capacity utilization at 59% led to EBITDA dropping 48% to Rs 29.2 Cr. Expansion includes commissioning an upgraded plant, launching AAC wall panel projects, entering construction chemicals, increasing renewable energy use, and acquiring land to expand into central India.
