Fiem Industries has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 standalone sales rose 14.26% YoY to Rs. 633.80 Cr, with the automotive segment up 14.59% to Rs. 632.33 Cr. Net profit increased 22.25% to Rs. 57.69 Cr. For FY25, sales reached Rs. 2404.96 Cr (+19.39%) and net profit Rs. 204.14 Cr (+23.09%). The company received Rs. 50 Cr in interim insurance payments from a 2023 fire loss and recorded Rs. 3.75 Cr exceptional income from arbitration over a 2018 insurance claim. A final dividend of Rs. 30/share (300%) was proposed, subject to approval. Leadership and auditors were re-appointed for FY26, with the AGM set for July 31, 2025.
