IZMO Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Izmo has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹259.87 Cr from ₹190.09 Cr, with profit before tax nearly doubling to ₹56.11 Cr and net profit rising to ₹48.88 Cr. The standalone business stayed steady with ₹46.86 Cr revenue and ₹47.50 Cr profit before tax. Izmo added 110 US and 53 European clients this year. Its subsidiary, Izmo Microsystems, crossed ₹8 Cr revenue and partnered with IIT Madras on photonic integrated circuits. Equity infusion of ₹6.24 Cr strengthened the balance sheet and borrowings came down.
