Sun TV Network Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sun TV Network has announced a board meeting on its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue dropped to Rs. 4,015 Cr from Rs. 4,282 Cr, with EBITDA at Rs. 2,133 Cr and PAT at Rs. 1,704 Cr versus Rs. 1,926 Cr last year. Standalone revenue was Rs. 3,879 Cr, PAT stood at Rs. 1,654 Cr. The board declared four interim dividends totaling Rs. 15 per share (300%). Results include income from cricket franchises, though an exceptional loss due to JV impairment was recorded.
