Ucal Limited has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue increased to Rs. 802.29 Cr from Rs. 723.15 Cr last year, while consolidated net loss narrowed to Rs. 16.28 Cr from Rs. 25.26 Cr. Standalone net profit surged to Rs. 22.60 Cr from Rs. 1.16 Cr, boosted by a Rs. 15.15 Cr gain from selling the Gurugram plant.
