TCI Express Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TCI Express has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted total income of Rs. 1,221.71 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 85.81 Cr for the year. A final dividend of 100% (Rs. 2.00/share) is proposed, adding to 400% interim dividends already paid.
