Race Eco Chain Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

RaceEcoChain has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs 555 Cr from Rs 348 Cr YoY, led by the Recycle division contributing Rs 527 Cr. Profit before tax surged to Rs 55.5 Cr from Rs 34.8 Cr. The company boosted its footprint by acquiring majority stakes in Silverline Eco Thrive, Ganesha Recycling Chain, and Vasundhara Enviro Green. Ganesha Recycling also gained a 50% stake in Gem Polymers, now an associate. EPS rose to Rs 2.49 (annualized), underlining strong growth and strategic expansion.
