Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nahar Industrial Enterprises has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. The group posted total income of Rs. 405.67 Cr and expenses of Rs. 386.45 Cr, resulting in a profit before tax of Rs. 26.07 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 18.48 Cr. Textile and Sugar divisions drove growth, with textile EBITDA up year-on-year. Finance costs increased due to higher borrowings. Also, P.S. Bathla & Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26. The audit report was clean.
