ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. Revenue rose to ₹56 Cr (5,598.41 lakh) for the year, driving a profit before tax of ₹4.46 Cr (445.70 lakh), up from ₹2.79 Cr (278.68 lakh) the previous year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.15 per share (1.5%) subject to shareholder approval. Reappointments of key directors, including Managing Director Gaurav Mittal and Executive Directors Chetan Prakash Mittal and Premlata Mittal, were approved, pending shareholder consent. Secretarial and internal auditors have also been reappointed for FY 2025-26.
