GFL Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

GFL Limited has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 332 lakhs, with a net loss of Rs. 7,559 lakhs, hurt mainly by a Rs. 4,552 lakhs loss from associate PVR INOX Limited. A deferred tax charge of Rs. 3,386 lakhs weighed on the bottom line. Despite this, operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 50 lakhs. The board appointed Dhrumil M. Shah & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years and re-appointed Shanti Prashad & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY26.
