Bhandari Hosiery Exports reported a net profit of Rs. 7.71 Cr for the quarter and half-year. A final dividend of 2% (Rs. 0.02 per share) was proposed. The board saw changes with the completion of Surinder Kumar Kapoor’s term and appointment of two new independent directors, Rohit Kumar Chhabra and Sharon Arora. M/s Rajeev Bhambri & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
