Valiant Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Valiant Laboratories has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹133.38 Cr, with a net loss of ₹1.51 Cr, weighed down by a subsidiary’s ₹2.20 Cr loss. The standalone business reported a net profit of ₹2.15 Cr on ₹133.36 Cr revenue. The Board reappointed Ketki D Visariya & Co. as Cost Auditor and Rajesh Chheda & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Ms. Prajakta Patil resigned as Company Secretary, and the Audit and Risk Management Committees were reshuffled with new members.
