Tarmat Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of audited consolidated financial results for the year. Revenue rose to Rs 101.28 Cr from Rs 89.35 Cr, while net profit improved to Rs 1.81 Cr versus Rs 1.26 Cr last year. Despite higher operating costs, profitability strengthened. The equity base expanded to Rs 24.06 Cr, supported by fresh equity inflows of Rs 41.81 Cr, boosting cash reserves to Rs 9.83 Cr. The joint venture investment of Rs 7.83 Cr remains under liquidation, with management confident of full recovery.
