Praveg Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, along with the audited consolidated and standalone financial statements for the year. The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share (10% of the face value). The tenure of existing statutory auditors, M/s. B.K. Patel & Co., is ending at the upcoming AGM, and M/s. KPSJ & Associates LLP has been approved as the new statutory auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. ALAP & Co. LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. Paresh Parekh & Co. as Internal Auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26. The board also granted 1,512 stock options under the ESOP 2024 plan to an eligible employee with a three-year vesting schedule.
