Malpani Pipes & Fittings has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted strong performance in HY2 FY25 with revenue rising 25% YoY to ₹8,363.05 lakhs and PAT surging 241% to ₹491.29 lakhs, driven by robust demand recovery under the Jal Jeevan Yojana. For FY25, revenue was stable at ₹14,174.93 lakhs while PAT grew 10% to ₹806.95 lakhs, supported by operational efficiency and capacity utilization near 95%. Capacity increased to 11,500 MT in FY25 with plans to expand to 16,000 MT in FY26. A 1,136 KWP solar plant is underway, expected to save ₹87.5 lakhs annually starting H2 FY26, enhancing cost efficiency. New product development and strong government-driven demand underpin confidence in sustained growth.
