Puravankara has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 pre-sales hit Rs 5,006 Cr (5.67 msft) with collections up 9% to Rs 3,937 Cr and revenue at Rs 2,093 Cr. The company reported losses of Rs 186 Cr for FY25 and Rs 88 Cr in Q4. Expansion continues with a JV in North Bengaluru (GDV Rs 3,300 Cr) and acquisitions in West India adding Rs 9,500 Cr GDV. A 13.5 msft pipeline and upcoming project handovers support revenue and rental growth prospects.
