Terraform Realstate Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with the assets, liabilities, and cash flow statements. Two new Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mrs. Renuka Gautam and Mr. Vineet Mishra, were appointed for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Dholakia & Associates LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The board committees have been reconstituted with the new directors in key roles. The 40th Annual General Meeting has been postponed to a later date due to exigencies.
