Terraform Realstate Ltd — Updates, 30-05-2025: Company Update

Terraform Realstate Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Two new Independent Directors, Mrs. Renuka Gautam and Mr. Vineet Mishra, were appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed M/s. Dholakia & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term. Key board committees were reconstituted with the new directors taking chair positions. The previously scheduled 40th Annual General Meeting has been postponed to a later date to be announced.
