Puravankara Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Puravankara has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted a consolidated loss of Rs.182.92 Cr on revenues of Rs.2,013.61 Cr, weighed down by higher land costs and finance expenses. The standalone business reported a loss of Rs.198.75 Cr on revenues of Rs.917.50 Cr. Strategic moves include acquiring controlling stakes in Sobha Puravankara Aviation Pvt Ltd and NBD Office Parks LLP, now subsidiaries. The company also raised Rs.494 Cr via listed non-convertible debentures through subsidiaries. Audit and cost auditors were reappointed, with a new secretarial auditor brought on board.
