AION-Tech Solutions has sold its unused factory land and structures (9,270.99 sqm) to Sri Sai Vishwas Industries Pvt Ltd for Rs. 17.63 Cr, receiving full payment. Including a previous payment of Rs. 19.69 Cr, total proceeds are Rs. 37.32 Cr. The buyer is independent of the promoter group. This sale, backed by shareholders, will boost AION-Tech’s liquidity and help streamline its assets, supporting a sharper focus on core business areas.
