The company acquired majority stakes in Sobha Puravankara Aviation Pvt. Ltd. and NBD Office Parks LLP, making them subsidiaries, and dissolved its nearly wholly-owned partnership PURVACOM. Its subsidiaries issued secured and unsecured non-convertible debentures totaling Rs. 494 Cr, listed on BSE. Ongoing legal cases on land titles, joint developments, and tax assessments remain unresolved but are managed as recoverable. The board appointed M/s JKS & Co. as secretarial auditor, re-appointed M/s GNV & Associates as cost auditor, and M/s Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as internal auditor.
