Chamunda Electrical Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting revenue of ₹25.29 Cr and net profit of ₹3.36 Cr for the full year. Profit before tax stood at ₹4.49 Cr, with tax expenses of ₹1.14 Cr, and an EPS of ₹3.17 post bonus. The board appointed Mr. Nikunj Sureshbhai Modi as Internal Auditor for FY26 and reappointed M/s SS Lunkad & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY25 and the next five years, pending shareholder approval.
