Key expenses included employee benefits (Rs 95.63 lakhs) and depreciation (Rs 46.51 lakhs). Cash and equivalents fell to Rs 6.71 lakhs from Rs 13.58 lakhs. The board approved the appointment of a new internal auditor for FY 2025-26. Statutory auditors SCMK & Co LLP completed their five-year term and resigned, with the audit report for FY25 issued with an unmodified opinion.
