Dudigital Global Limited has acquired the remaining 0.01% stake in Intermobility Visa Solution Private Limited, making it a 100% subsidiary. IVSPL, focused on visa and related services, complements Dudigital’s core business. The deal was done at face value (₹10) and completes full control over IVSPL, which saw turnover rise to ₹1.5 Cr in FY 2024-25 from ₹1.29 Cr. This acquisition is set to simplify Dudigital’s operations and financials by fully consolidating its visa services arm.
