Apollo Hospitals has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 FY25 consolidated PAT jumped 54% YoY to Rs. 390 Cr, with FY25 PAT up 61% at Rs. 1,446 Cr. Revenues hit Rs. 5,592 Cr in Q4 (+13% QoQ) and Rs. 21,794 Cr for FY25 (+14% YoY). Healthcare Services led with Rs. 11,147 Cr revenue (+13% YoY) and Rs. 1,426 Cr PAT (+25%). A final dividend of Rs. 10/share was proposed, totaling Rs. 19/share including interim dividend. Expansion plans include adding 4,300+ beds (~Rs. 8,000 Cr capex), including a 700-bed Bengaluru facility and Hyderabad brownfield projects.
