Billwin Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue from operations rose to ₹703.27 lakh for the year, driving a profit before tax of ₹97.12 lakh and profit after tax of ₹67.94 lakh, slightly lower than the previous year. The company re-appointed M/s. S D Satam & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s. S.A. & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. Net cash from operations turned negative at ₹254.08 lakh due to working capital changes. Equity share capital doubled to ₹417.97 lakh following a fresh equity infusion of ₹696.66 lakh.
