Genus Power Infrastructures has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit Rs. 2993.86 Cr with a PAT of Rs. 306.05 Cr. The order book remains robust at around Rs. 30,110 Cr, boosted by its JV with Gem View Investment. The company is demerging its Strategic Investment Division into Genus Prime Infra Ltd., now treated as discontinued operations. New appointments include ARMS & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and K.G. Goyal & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY26.
