Dalmia Bharat Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dalmia Bharat has announced a board meeting on May 30 and approved holding its 12th AGM on June 30 via video conferencing. The board plans to appoint M/s. Vikas Gera & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder nod. It also intends to raise up to Rs 4,000 Cr through multiple securities. Manu Sood, bringing 28 years of digital and telecom leadership, joins as Chief Digital and Information Officer from June 1. A final dividend of Rs 5 per share (250%) will be proposed at the AGM.
