Apollo Hospitals has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The Board proposes a final dividend of Rs.10 per share (200%) for FY25, adding to the earlier interim dividend of Rs.9, totaling Rs.19 per share (380%). The record date is August 19, with payment by early September, offering shareholders an attractive dividend yield.

FY25 highlights include revenues of Rs.21,794 Cr (+14% YoY), PAT soaring 61% to Rs.1,446 Cr, and EBITDA up 26% to Rs.3,022 Cr. The hospital network is expanding aggressively with 4,300+ beds added over 3-4 years, reinforcing Apollo’s leadership in premium healthcare delivery.
