Trom Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trom Industries has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue jumped to ₹147.08 Cr for the year ended March 31, 2025, up from ₹103.08 Cr, but profit before tax slipped to ₹6.14 Cr from ₹7.61 Cr. Net profit declined to ₹4.62 Cr from ₹5.68 Cr. Post-IPO share base expanded in August 2024. Despite working capital challenges, operating cash flow remained strong, pushing cash reserves to ₹16.88 Cr. New secretarial and internal auditors have been appointed to strengthen governance.
