Dalmia Bharat Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 30-05-2025: Record Date

Dalmia Bharat has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving the 12th AGM on June 30, 2025. It fixed the record date as June 23, 2025, for a final dividend of Rs. 5/share (250%) for FY 2024-25; shareholders holding shares by then will be eligible. The company is also seeking approval to raise up to Rs. 4,000 Cr through securities issuance. Manu Sood joins as Chief Digital and Information Officer from June 1, 2025.
