Inox Wind Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Inox Wind has announced a board meeting approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Q4 revenue hit Rs. 1,274.82 Cr with a PAT of Rs. 190.34 Cr; full-year revenue was Rs. 3,557.15 Cr and PAT Rs. 435.05 Cr. EBITDA stood at Rs. 290.12 Cr in Q4 and Rs. 917.8 Cr for the year. Sanjeev Aganval takes over as CEO from June 1, while Kailash Lal Tarachandani moves up as Group CEO of renewable business. The merger with Inox Wind Energy Ltd is complete, backed by a Rs. 350 Cr equity infusion. Restructuring included divestment of subsidiaries; despite some exceptional expenses and litigations, management remains confident of no material impact.
