Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 30-05-2025: Record Date

Apollo Hospitals has announced a board meeting to approve the final dividend of Rs. 10 per share (200%) for FY25, with August 19, 2025, as the record date. Including the interim dividend of Rs. 9 per share, total payout for FY25 is Rs. 19 per share (380%), payable by September 10, 2025. The company plans a major expansion adding 4,300+ beds nationwide over 3-4 years, including acquisitions and a new 500-bed hospital in Bengaluru.
