Spandana Sphoorty Financial has announced a board meeting and approved its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net loss of ₹1,035 Cr on revenue of ₹2,355 Cr for the year, impacted by high credit costs and technical write-offs of ₹1,555 Cr. The loan book halved from ₹10,567 Cr to ₹5,554 Cr, while maintaining a strong CRAR of 36.31%. To boost liquidity, the board approved a private placement of non-convertible debentures up to ₹4,000 Cr. Management is optimistic about recovery and growth with a large active borrower base.
