Vital Chemtech Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vital Chemtech has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue climbed to ₹133.90 Cr, with a profit after tax of ₹4.06 Cr, turning around from a loss last year. No final dividend was declared. The company appointed Mr. Vivek Dinesh Nathwani as Additional Independent Director for five years and accepted resignation of Mr. Suneel Mundra. M/s R J & Associates will handle cost audits for FY26.
