Plaza Wires Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Plaza Wires has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 27.82 Cr with a pre-tax profit of Rs 2.55 Cr for the year ending March 2025. The company appointed M/s BARS & Co. as internal auditors for FY26 and is reappointing M/s Shailendra Goel & Associates as statutory auditors for another five years, pending shareholder nod. Plaza Wires is also contesting a GST demand of Rs 11.51 Cr, which management believes is untenable.
