Zensar Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zensar Technologies has announced a board meeting on instituting the Zensar Employees Stock Option Scheme 2025 (ESOP 2025), proposing to grant up to 33.7 lakh stock options to employees and subsidiaries. The options split into 40% Restricted Stock Units and 60% Performance Stock Units, with vesting tied to performance over 1 to 4 years. The exercise price is set at face value, Rs. 2 per share. Implementation will be via a trust acquiring shares from the market and is subject to shareholder approval.
