Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd — Updates, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Invade Agro Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss an open offer to acquire up to 19.47 lakh equity shares (26% stake) of Chambal Breweries and Distilleries Limited at ₹6 per share, totaling ₹1.17 Cr if fully accepted. The Acquirer has already signed an agreement to buy 12.04 lakh shares (16.08% stake) at ₹5.50 per share for ₹0.66 Cr from promoter shareholders. Post-acquisition, Invade Agro will become part of the promoter group but does not intend to delist the company. The open offer will be paid in cash and is not conditional on minimum acceptance.
