Shrydus Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 945.45 lakh for the year, with a profit of Rs. 73.41 lakh, up from Rs. 52.46 lakh the previous year. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose to Rs. 3,980.66 lakh with a profit of Rs. 826.50 lakh, significantly higher than the prior year. The board also appointed M/s. Pimple & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion, confirming the accounts give a true and fair view.
