Bang Overseas Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bang Overseas Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted consolidated revenue of Rs. 191 Cr with a reduced net loss of Rs. 2.17 Cr compared to Rs. 8.38 Cr last year. Standalone revenue was Rs. 190.5 Cr, with a net loss of Rs. 1.99 Cr. The board re-appointed M/s FRG & Company as Internal Auditor and added Mr. Mahesh Ramesh Bhagwat as an Additional Non-Executive Director, pending shareholders' nod.
