Kellton Tech Solutions has announced a board meeting on the approval of its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue climbed to Rs. 1,097.82 Cr, with net profit rising to Rs. 79.72 Cr from Rs. 64.01 Cr year-on-year, led by strong demand in the Digital Transformation segment contributing Rs. 904.78 Cr. Standalone net profit was Rs. 13.52 Cr on revenue of Rs. 188.93 Cr. The company issued 1.03 lakh ESOP shares, increasing paid-up capital. Operating cash flow slowed, and borrowings rose due to capital work-in-progress investments.
