Trom Industries has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted revenue of Rs. 147.08 Cr and PBT of Rs. 6.14 Cr for the year, down from Rs. 7.61 Cr previously. Cash reserves jumped to Rs. 16.88 Cr, boosted by last year’s IPO proceeds of Rs. 31.37 Cr. However, higher working capital and trade receivables pressured cash flows. Debt declined with no defaults. Auditor’s report was clean.
