FY25 saw AUM decline 43% YoY to ₹6,819 Cr and disbursements fall 48% to ₹5,605 Cr due to cautious lending amid sector stress. Asset quality weakened with GNPA at 5.63%, pushing a net loss of ₹1,035 Cr. Collection efficiency remains above 90%, and liquidity is solid at ₹2,030 Cr. A rights issue is planned to strengthen capital for future growth as conditions improve.
