Lloyds Metals And Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Lloyds Metals and Energy has announced a board meeting approving strategic investments in renewables. The company will acquire at least a 26% stake in two new SPVs—Hexa Energy MH3 (wind) and Hexa Energy W2 (solar)—with investments up to Rs 10 Cr and Rs 12 Cr, aiming to cut energy costs and boost sustainability. It also approved up to Rs 27 Cr more for HR Godavari Pvt Ltd, its JV with Hinduja Renewables, to enhance captive power. Additionally, Lloyds will provide a corporate guarantee of up to USD 30 million for a new subsidiary to support credit facilities.
