Anik Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Anik Industries has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. Net profit edged up slightly to Rs. 3.05 Cr from Rs. 3.04 Cr, while revenue climbed to Rs. 118.46 Cr from Rs. 106.05 Cr. Growth was seen in Property Development and Trading, although Wind Power continued to incur losses. EPS stood at Rs. 1.10. The board appointed M/s K.G. Goyal & Co. as Cost Auditor and M/s SK Malani & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY26. Promoters also sought re-classification to the public category.
