S.A.L. Steel Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SAL Steel has announced a board meeting on 30th May 2025, approving audited standalone financial results for FY25. The company posted a net loss of Rs 6.43 Cr, a sharp turn from a Rs 0.47 Cr profit last year, on slightly lower revenue at Rs 544.99 Cr. Losses were driven by unprovided electricity duty (Rs 3.14 Cr) and no impairment on capital work-in-progress (Rs 1.01 Cr). New appointments include Kamlesh M. Shah & Co. as Secretarial Auditor, Ashish Bhavsar & Associates as Cost Auditor, and Talati & Talati LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26. No dividend was declared.
