My Money Securities Limited has announced a board meeting on which includes changes in the Board and committee compositions effective immediately. Mr. Praveen Dua has joined as a Non-Executive Independent Director and will chair the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholder Relationship, and Risk Management Committees. Mr. Vishal Agarwal continues as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson of the Board. Mr. Sanjai Seth remains Executive Director (WTD & CFO), and Mr. Vikas Seth continues as Executive Director (MD). Mrs. Rajni Seth serves as Non-Executive Non-Independent Women Director. These changes strengthen the board oversight and committee governance.
