Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd. has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue declined to ₹677.29 Cr from ₹888.16 Cr last year, but profit before tax rose to ₹119.15 Cr from ₹107.28 Cr. Net profit increased to ₹87.47 Cr compared to ₹78.97 Cr previously. The board approved a final dividend of ₹3 per share. An exceptional charge of ₹3.06 Cr impacted power infrastructure costs. The company stopped coal trading last year and continues to generate strong operating cash flow. New audits were appointed for FY26.
