Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kundan Minerals & Metals has announced a board meeting on 30 May 2025 approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 129.42 Cr, up from Rs 62.86 Cr last year, despite Rs 52.67 Cr exceptional losses from prior periods. Revenue climbed to Rs 2,674 Cr. The company gained full control of Kundan Concentrates for Rs 31.09 Cr and acquired a 49% stake in Kundan Gold Mines. A new Dubai subsidiary was incorporated, though not yet funded.
